Andes of Luxury

TRIP SUMMARY

An eight-day journey designed for discerning travelers who wish to experience the greatness of Cusco and the Sacred Valley with an unmistakable seal of distinction. From the very first day, the experience is dressed in exclusivity; thus, adventures begin on ATVs along rural paths surrounded by snowcapped mountains and golden cornfields. Likewise, gourmet lunches are enjoyed in historic haciendas and landscapes that invite contemplation; and finally, there is a close encounter with communities that proudly preserve the textile art inherited from the Incas.

In this way, we will walk through towns full of history, where every cobblestone street holds legends; then, we will explore fortresses and temples that reveal the architectural greatness of the empire; and finally, we will be captivated by the mystical energy of Machu Picchu, visited at dawn alongside expert guides who will unveil its ancient secrets. Consequently, every moment of this journey has been carefully designed to stimulate the senses, while blending luxury, culture, and nature, leaving in memory impressions as deep as they are lasting.

BELMOND HIRAM BINGHAM TRAIN – OVERNIGHT AT THE SANCTUARY LODGE

In the morning, we will board the exclusive Belmond Hiram Bingham train, a railway gem recognized as one of the most luxurious in the world. From the red-carpet boarding, the welcome with sparkling wine, live music, and the warmth of the staff will mark the beginning of an unforgettable journey.

With its elegant 1920s style and panoramic windows, the train invites you to admire the majesty of the Sacred Valley: rivers meandering alongside the tracks, Inca terraces defying time, and snow-capped peaks dominating the horizon. In the bar car, you may enjoy signature cocktails, while in the main dining car a gourmet lunch is served, paired with fine wines.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, a private transfer will take you to the entrance of Machu Picchu, where you will check in at the only hotel next to the sanctuary—a privilege reserved for a few.
