LIMA – CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY

Upon arrival in Cusco, you’ll be welcomed by one of our expert guides and transferred in a private vehicle to Pisac, one of the most remarkable Inca sites in the Sacred Valley.

On the way to Pisac, we’ll stop at Awanacancha, a cultural center where you can see up close the diverse species of Andean camelids, such as llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos. OLLANTAYTAMBO – MARAS & MORAY

Today, you will visit the fascinating town of Ollantaytambo and its impressive ruins, the site of one of the most significant battles of the Spanish Conquest—where the Incas achieved a rare victory against the conquistadors.

Afterward, enjoy a three-course lunch at Hacienda Huayoccari, a traditional estate owned by one of Cusco’s oldest landowning families. You’ll also have the chance to explore their private collection of folk art and ancient artifacts.

In the afternoon, continue to the Maras Salt Mines, an astonishing series of terraced salt pans fed by an underground saline spring. These salt terraces, resembling the agricultural terraces of the Andes, have been in continuous use since pre-Columbian times.

VISTADOME TRAIN TO MACHU PICCHU

Today, you’ll experience one of the most unforgettable moments of your journey: the ascent to the enigmatic citadel of Machu Picchu.

Your day begins with a scenic ride aboard the Vistadome train, known for its comfortable seating and large panoramic windows that offer unobstructed views of the stunning Andean landscape. The 1.5-hour journey from Ollantaytambo winds through the Urubamba River canyon, surrounded by lush mountains, deep valleys, and ancient ruins—signs that you are approaching sacred ground.

This morning, return to the ruins with your guide and choose from the following optional hikes:

• Hike to Huayna Picchu – recommended for those unafraid of heights, this steep trail rewards you with a bird’s-eye view of the citadel.

After your chosen hike, you’ll take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes to board the Vistadome train for your return to Ollantaytambo. From there, a private vehicle will transfer you to the imperial city of Cusco, where you can relax and settle in for the evening.

LA PAZ – BOLIVIA

In the morning, explore the colonial center of the city, visiting the famous Witches’ Market and the impressive Museum of Ethnography and Folklore. Use the cable car system—La Paz’s public transport—to enjoy panoramic views of the city, and take the chance to taste a traditional Bolivian snack: the savory salteña.

Enjoy lunch at Ali Pacha, a gourmet plant-based restaurant that supports local Bolivian micro-producers. In the afternoon, tailor your visit to your interests with one of several unique options. Alternatively, explore the ruins of Tiwanaku, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important pre-Inca civilizations.

Upon arrival in Copacabana, nestled on the shores of Lake Titicaca, explore this spiritual pilgrimage site and visit its beautiful 16th-century cathedral. Today, you’ll visit the Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat on Earth. A private transfer will take you to the airport for your short domestic flight. Upon arrival, your guide will greet you and begin your 4×4 journey across this surreal landscape.

Covering over 12,000 square kilometers of the Bolivian Altiplano, the Salar offers truly spectacular scenery. In the dry season, you’ll see a dazzling crust of polygonal white salt; in the rainy season, a thin layer of water transforms the flats into a giant natural mirror that reflects the sky.
