The Wellness Retreat Sacred Valley Program combines experienceS with authentic Andean healing offerings into accessible 3, 5, and 7 Day wellness retreats.This program was designed for today’s traveler who seeks to reconnect with the healing energies of Mother Earth (Pachamama). The format of the program follows the model of Willka T’ika’s Seven Chakra Gardens, with each day focusing on a chakra, or energy center. We will guide you through a specializedsequence of mindful activities, therapeutic treatments, farm-to-table meals, fresh cold- pressed juices, home-made essential oils, and powerful Andean ceremonies.

DESTINATIONS

ITINERARY

DAY 1: EARTH Chakra

EARTH CHAKRA

(Friday), We will begin with our 1st or EARTH Chakra and connect with Mother Earth with an Incan “K’intu” ritual and guided meditation in the Pachamama Garden. Treat yourself to a flower bath under the stars.

DAY 2: Water Chakra

WATER CHAKRA

(Saturday) We honor the WATER Chakra elements on a breathtaking hike with a sacred water “Yaku” ceremony. There will be time for an optional personal flower essence consultation before our restorative Yin Yoga class.

DAY 3: FIRE energy

FIRE ENERGY

(Sunday), After flow yoga to move our FIRE energy, we will be invited to experience an authentic coca-leaf reading followed by an Andean offering “despacho.” We will release our despacho to the Andean mountain spirits “Apus” in an outdoor fire ceremony.

DAY 4: Heart Chakra

HEART CHAKRA

(Monday) After a nurturing yoga class, we expand our HEART Chakra with a heart-opening Cacao ceremony and crystal bed therapy to align our energies. Spend some time alone in our “Sonqo” garden to hear what your heart is telling you.

DAY 5: Throat Chakra

THROAT CHAKRA

(Tuesday) Following an expressive yoga class, we focus on our THROAT Chakra. Experience sound healing by an inspired local musician with amazing instruments. There will also be an option for a Temazcal (sweat lodge) and cold plunge pool.

DAY 6: Third-Eye

THIRD EYE

(Wednesday) We are now ready to open our THIRD-EYE, or 6th Chakra with an optional San Pedro ceremony or a vision quest to a sacred Incan Cave. Walk through our Spiral Garden and witness the full expression of your inner and outer vision

(Thursday) What a week! With our 7 senses and chakras highly attuned, we sit by our 1000 year-old Lucuma tree or “Crown” Chakra garden to integrate all that we have learned and healed on this journey through the 7 Chakra Gardens.
